Tapestry Connections is a nonprofit organization with a mission to engage, educate, empower and, ignite the community to improve the quality of life for people affected by sickle cell disease. We advocate for and support the warrior and family. We believe that every single one of us is resilient, and that our resilience can be fostered with the help and support of a community.
